ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
● Student’s birth certificate
● Student’s baptismal certificate if applicable
● Most current immunization records
● Report cards from the previous school if applicable
ANNUAL TUITION INFORMATION:
All 8th Grade and Kindergarten fees need to be cleared by May 20th for Graduation clearance to be issued.

$30.00 – For returned checks payable to PBS

$30.00 – late fees for every month past the due date all mandatory fees (including, but not limited to, tuition, daycare, and fundraiser fees)

$30.00 – no show on Mandatory PTO General Meetings (3x a year), Back to School Night (1), Fall Parent Conference (1), Sacrament Class (for students receiving the Sacraments for the first time), and other special meetings scheduled for each class.

REFUND POLICY:
A. Registered students who withdraw before school begins:

The school will retain one month’s tuition (1/10 of the total tuition)

Registration fee is non-refundable and will be retained by PBS
B. Registered students who withdraw after school begins:
1. Plan 1 or 2

Prepaid tuition will be refunded for only those months beyond the one current at the time of the student’s transfer from Precious Blood School. (1 month=1/10)

Registration fee is non-refundable and will be retained by PBS
2. Payment 3/10

The school will give no refund on any tuition paid through the month of the student’s transfer from PBS.
3. Refund is subject to review when the withdrawal is due to dismissal or expulsion.
